Your child may be growing into a young adult, but that doesn’t mean you’re not concerned about their well-being and safety. TAISM has exceptional measures in place to protect your child’s safety and health, and to support their overall wellbeing throughout the school year.

Serving Students and Families

Children learn best when they are healthy, happy, and safe. Our services are built around creating an optimal learning environment that supports our Middle School students and their families. From safety and health to providing delicious and nutritious meals, we offer services that make your child’s day more enjoyable and help you rest easier.

Student Safety

We work tirelessly to make sure your child is as safe as possible. A CCTV system provides constant surveillance to ensure that our campus is safe and secure. Every TAISM staff member must pass criminal background checks and other screenings. Every student must follow our code of conduct as well. Our staff, faculty, parents, and students also receive ongoing safety education.

Student Health

TAISM school nurses are dedicated to providing health services to our students. They can offer first aid when needed, administer medication to those who need it, and make calls to doctors or hospitals. Our nurses are caring and will take each student’s needs into account when working with them.

Transportation

TAISM offers a contracted bus service to selected areas of the Muscat Capital Area. These buses offer transportation to and from school and are used for field trips and off-campus excursions. 
 

Cafeteria Services

High School students dine in the High School Commons. Here, they can purchase combo meals or individual items, including fresh fruit, cold sandwiches, fries, fruit salad, yogurt, salad, hot dogs, soup, sandwiches, and rice and dhal. Vegetarian options are always available. Students who choose to bring their lunch are able to use the HS Commons microwaves.
