We provide flexible learning-centered pathways for students and our rigorous and relevant curriculum ensures access for all. Deeply embedded in our culture is the belief that all students are capable of success. We offer specialized services with highly qualified and trained staff in order to provide a meaningful program for each of our students.
At TAISM, we believe that belonging is the foundation of learning. This starts with knowing each of our students, focusing on their abilities and assessing the ways in which they can grow. Our Student Support services are built on the principle that every learner is unique, and our system is designed to meet them exactly where they are.
Our unique Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) is visualized as a diamond to reflect the broad scope and variability of students' needs. We provide targeted interventions, daily boosts, and high-level extensions with equal commitment to ensure all students thrive. We use evidence-based instructional practices to ensure rigorous core instruction in every classroom, and we use data in order to be responsive to students' needs on an on-going basis. Students are the focal point of our systems and we provide a variety of specialized supports based on each student's needs.

A cornerstone of our model is EAGLE Time (Empowerment, Agency, Growth, Learning, Engagement). This is a dedicated time each week for all students to receive teacher or student-selected support. It serves as a space for targeted interventions, specific skill-building to boost core instruction, or academic extension, ensuring that every student has the time and space they need to grow.
