Fee Schedule for the Academic Year 2018-2019

  1. Application Fee - one-time, non-refundable fee for new students (to be submitted with application form): RO 75 per student
  1. Capital Levy Fee- one-time, non-refundable fee(due upon enrollment for Kindergarten – grade 12 only): RO 3,950 per student
    • No capital levy fee is assessed for students entering Early Childhood Years 1 & 2. The capital levy fee is assessed when these students enter Kindergarten.

  1. The enrollment of a student is a private contract between the student’s parents (or guardians) and the School, regardless of the arrangement between the parents and an employer. The parents remain ultimately responsible for the payment of all fees.

  2. Fees for the full academic year are invoiced prior to the start of the school year. If admission is confirmed, a non-refundable Tuition Fee deposit of RO 500/- is due immediately. All balance fees (after deducting RO 500/-) are payable in advance of attendance. Please contact Mr. Hemant Dutia, Business Manager, for more information.

  3. For Elementary, Middle and High School, Tuition Fees do not include uniforms, meals, transport, band instrument rental, student activity travel, etc. For Middle and High School, Tuition Fees are inclusive of use of textbooks, ipad, and lock for the student locker, all of which are on loan to students.

  4. Tuition fees for a student enrolled after the school year has begun are invoiced and due based on the fiscal semester(s) for which the student is enrolled. Fiscal semester dates are defined as follows:

    • 1st Semester:  August 28 – December 20, 2018
    • 2nd Semester: January 6 – May 30, 2019

    If a student joins or leaves school in the middle of a fiscal semester, as defined above, the Tuition Fee and Band Instrument Rental Fee will be applicable for that full fiscal semester.

  5. Bus Fee – Bussing, contracted by the school through a private company, is available and is optional. The bus fee for the school year 2018-2019 is RO 900 per annum. If a family decides to use the bus service, the Bus Fee will be invoiced and due based on the fiscal semester(s) for which the student is enrolled. Fiscal semester dates are defined as follows:

• 1st Semester:  August 28 – December 20, 2018
• 2nd Semester: January 6 – May 30, 2019

If a student joins or leaves school in the middle of a fiscal semester, as defined above, the  Bus Fee applicable will be for that full fiscal semester.

  1. Fees can be paid in the following ways:
    • Preferred method: Direct wire transfer to the school’s bank account.  All sending and receiving bank charges will be borne by the sender. Please quote student’s name and grade to enable us trace the payment.
