Sports

The Sports Program at TAISM is continually growing. It is our goal to ensure that our students are able to reach their potential by providing a well-rounded program of co-curricular activities focusing on team building and directed toward the development of their talents, skills, and self –confidence.

Each season, TAISM Middle School sports teams compete in intramural sports and interscholastically with other Muscat schools in the Muscat Sports League. In addition, we have international competition at the Middle School Sports Festival and the Screaming Eagles track and field meet held in Cairo.

TAISM’s High School sports program includes a variety of Varsity/Junior Varsity sports. Being part of ISAC, the International Schools Activities Council, our students have the opportunity to interact with students from fifteen other schools in the region as we compete locally and internationally in each season. Varsity and Junior Varsity teams participate with other ISAC schools from Egypt, Kuwait, U.A.E., Syria, and Qatar. TAISM Eagles boast ISAC teams in soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and field, and swimming. TAISM maintains high expectations for our coaches and athletes both on and off the field. We work together with the community to provide an extensive and quality co-curricular sports program to TAISM students, staff and parents.
